Paddle Buddies

If your new to the sport and need someone to get out there with you can ask here. A paddle buddy is very important to the sport of kayak fishing as you learn what each others habits are and your individual needs plus a load more besides. Simply post and ask if there’s anyone in your region so you can both get out there safely and look after one another on the water.

Hi Chris, not sure about clubs but I do know of a good few yak anglers north of the border. Try asking in our forums. I’d love to get more Scots in there especially before the referendum, lol 😉

Hi. After borrowing a yak whilst on holiday and doing a bit of bass fishing I was hooked. Did a lot of reading on kayaking and safety and bought the relevant gear. I live in the Chester le Street area and would like to tag along with experienced kayak fishers.
    Thanks for any help.

Hey guys. Is there anyone out there who can help. Widowed last year, love fishing, got a decent yak and all the bits, but bit nervous about going out to sea alone. Live in West Sussex with the coast some half hour away. Desperate to get some fish in the net. HELP please!!!

    • Andy June 16, 2014 at 12:48 pm

register in our forums Mo and ask in there, you’ll get more feedback 🙂

sorry for your loss, kayak fishing will definitely help you as it can be engrossing and time consuming as well as busy fish wise 😉

      good luck,
